TPM (Total Productivity Management)
K. LUND Offshore uses the work method known as the TPM model, short for Total Productivity Management.
TPM is not about advanced methods, but more efficient and easy tools to improve and streamline production.
The difference between a production system such as TPM and a normal production system can be defined as flow efficiency and resource efficiency. Focusing on flow (TPM) attempts to minimize loss of time per unit while the goal of resource efficiency is to exploit resources in the most efficient way.
Our goal is to offer the product the customer wants, with the right quality, at the right time. We achieve this through continuous improvement, clear communication, mutual respect and by challenging each other to get better together.
